Ir. Young Kwon is the Design Executive Director at Knowledge Economic City (KEC) in Madinah, leading design governance and strategic development across a 7.2 km2 master plan encompassing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use residential and hospitality projects.
Previously, he was Vice President at DAMAC Properties, driving development and investment activity across the Middle East, and earlier led design delivery at Red Sea Global on large-scale luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.
With over 25 years shaping urban development and luxury design across South Korea and the Middle East, Mr. Kwon holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Delft University of Technology and is a Dutch-licensed architect (Ir.).
