Shortlisted companies pitch their solutions directly to a panel of developers, investors, and government stakeholders shaping the future of the built environment, with real visibility at the world’s most influential real estate event. Winners walk away with a funded Proof of Concept and a platform to grow their business in the region.

A live architecture competition challenging the next generation of architects to reimagine underused urban spaces and give them new purpose.
A chance to transform overlooked spaces into thriving community destinations. Combining creativity, innovation and practical thinking, teams will develop architectural proposals that enhance accessibility, sustainability and urban life, before taking to the stage at Cityscape Global to present their visions live to industry judges and audiences.
CITYSCAPE
A live, three-round competition where teams use AI to solve real-world urban scenarios.
Six teams, one stage, three escalating rounds, and a ticking clock. Each team is handed a surprise scenario drawn from the real challenges facing cities and real-estate professionals today. Armed with ChatGPT and their own wits, they must craft solutions in real time, then pitch them to a panel of judges and a live audience hungry for innovation.

A globally recognised awards programme celebrating excellence in stadium and arena design, development, operations and innovation. Coming to the Middle East for the first time, the ESTAAD Awards recognise the venues and projects setting new standards in fan experience, sustainability, safety and the future of sports infrastructure.
Delivered in partnership with ESSMA, the awards span seven categories, recognising leading international stadiums alongside emerging and established projects across the Middle East. Shortlisted nominees are evaluated by an expert industry judging panel, with winners recognised live in Riyadh on 2 February.
