Teresa Esteve is Co-Founder and Director of Aunova Technologies, a Dubai-based PropTech company building trusted digital infrastructure for real estate. She leads the company’s strategy, partnerships and market development across the GCC.

A Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Operations and Business Management, Teresa brings together technical expertise, commercial thinking and an entrepreneurial approach to solving complex challenges across the built environment.

Through Greenblocks, she is advancing a new standard for transparency in off-plan real estate, transforming fragmented construction and asset data into trusted, evidence-backed intelligence for developers, investors and buyers.
