Tani Dulay

Tani Dulay is the Founder and Chief Executive of Woodbourne Group, overseeing real estate, development and investment activities including a c.£2 billion pipeline. His experience spans land assembly, planning, development, feasibility, investment structuring and pre-leasing.

He has led transactions with institutional investors, S&P 500-listed pension funds, government-funded entities, local authorities and universities, with a recent focus on large-scale regeneration, life sciences and innovation-led development referenced in UK Government announcements.

Tani established Woodbourne Ventures, the Group's investment arm, and has overseen its entry into the children's care sector. He is active in Birmingham and the West Midlands' growth agenda, and has been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, BBC News, Sky News and Yahoo Finance.
