Global Director, Farrells - Leading Beijing’s Sustainable Olympic Shougang Regeneration
Hong Kong DnA (Developers & Architects) Stage

Stefan Krummeck is Joint Majority Owner and Global Director of Farrells, leading an international architectural and urban design practice focused on sustainable, high-density cities. His work centres on holistic city-making: linking transport, urban design, and public realm to create liveable places.

His portfolio spans world-defining typologies: supertall towers including Beijing’s China Zun and Shenzhen’s KK100, Asia’s largest high-speed rail termini, mega-TODs like Kowloon Station, and major civic and cultural destinations from London’s MI6 Building to Hong Kong’s Peak Tower and M+ Museum.

A frequent global speaker on TOD and sustainable density, Stefan writes and presents widely on urban futures. He is a Fellow of the HKIUD, HKIA member, Visiting Professor at North China University of Technology, and former Country Representative for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
