Simon is the Founder and CEO of AIRE https://www.aire-realestate.com, a PropTech Software company focused on the Middle East & Africa and offering Feasibility and Highest & Best Use Studies faster and cheaper than any consultant.AIRE Software uses big data, AI and automation to generate market-driven recommendations and ascertain the financial viability of real estate projects (residential, hotels, office and retail). AIRE also provides consulting services to developers and investors through its AIRE Consulting division.Simon spent >20 years in the real estate sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Particularly at JLL as Head of Consulting and at Nakheel as Director of Joint Ventures and Hospitality. He is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, Edhec Business School and a member of the RICS.
