Shreya Amin

Shreya Amin is New York State’s inaugural Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Founder of Minsphere Advisory. As Chief AI Officer, she built the state’s first enterprise AI framework. Earlier, she founded Jersey City’s first data science function and launched its first open-data platform.

Across 19 years, Shreya has led AI as a hedge fund quant, Chief AI Scientist at a healthtech company serving hundreds of hospitals, product leader deploying machine learning across 100+ public school districts and programs, startup advisor and investor, and government AI executive.

Her work centers on turning expert judgment into AI systems people can safely use. Through Minsphere, she advises public agencies, healthcare organizations, startups, and investors on AI strategy, product, standards, adoption, and deployment.
