Samer Barsoum boasts 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Development professional with a proven track record of leading successful projects across Egypt and the UAE. His expertise encompasses business modelling, cash flow management, land acquisitions, and real estate strategy development.

Prior to joining Hassan Allam Holding, Samer was the managing partner of Positive Magnets, a real estate development management and consultancy firm. He also held leadership positions at leading real estate developers including ORA, Orascom Development, and SODIC

Samer's career began in project management in Abu Dhabi. He transitioned to commercial and property management at Macro Dubai before returning to Cairo in 2013 merging his strong foundation in architecture to his real estate management expertise
