About

Saad Alkroud is Head of Local Real Estate Investment Division. In his capacity, he oversees PIF’s domestic real estate investment strategy, including the development and execution of giga-projects and large-scale real estate and infrastructure initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

Previously, Alkroud served as Chief of Staff and Secretary General to PIF’s Board of Directors. Since joining PIF in 2016, he has played a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the Fund’s strategic agenda.

The Local Real Estate Investment Division under his leadership is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of real estate and infrastructure investments. This includes establishing and scaling landmark projects, setting up new entities, and driving performance optimization.
