Razwa Alharthi

Razwa Alharthi is the Co-Founder of Nuzul, a Saudi proptech company building the operational digital infrastructure for real estate. She focuses on digitizing fragmented workflows across the Kingdom’s real estate sector.

With a background in architectural engineering and large-scale development, Raz previously held roles at JLL and led development designa operations for Misk City under the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk).

Under her leadership, Nuzul has expanded into enterprise deployments with major developers, positioning itself as a Saudi-native operating layer for brokers, developers, and real estate operators navigating a rapidly formalizing market.
