Quentin Sim

Quentin Sim is Chief Solutions Officer at Podium.io, the AI platform rewiring how the AEC industry designs space, structure, and MEP. A practicing architect turned technologist, he leads global growth and GTM, driven to deploy AI in real projects with real outcomes.

A Singapore-registered architect with over a decade of experience, Quentin previously worked across multiple architectural projects, leading several high-profile, award-winning projects including Pan Pacific Orchard and Singapore Pavilion at World Expo 2020 Dubai before joining Podium.

Quentin leads the annual Singapore SIA YAL Architect's AI Hackathon, championing AI and digital innovation in architecture. He holds a Master of Architecture from National University of Singapore.
