Piotr Bladek is Co-Founder of BinderLess, a Polish construction-tech company building a cloud Common Data Environment (CDE) powered by AI. He leads development of the platform agentic AI and ML.
He built the BinderLess AI Agent, the first AI agent for construction documentation. It answers questions about drawings, contracts and site records with a cited source for every answer, combining proprietary ML, OCR, full-text search and retrieval-augmented generation.
Today BinderLess is used by investors, developers and general contractors across Europe, cutting document management time by 53%. Piotr focuses on turning AI from a demo into a daily tool for people who build.
