Philippe Le Fort

Philippe Le Fort is the Founder & CEO of Superowner, a tech-enabled retrofit deal-structuring firm. Superowner pairs proprietary capital-planning software with active deal mediation to align owners, tenants, and ESCOs, creating the conditions to deliver profitable and de-risked retrofit deals.

Previously, Philippe served as Director of Technology and Innovation at Patrizia, where he created Ambio, a smart building SaaS deployed across €1.8bn of assets. Earlier, as Investment Director at Tishman Speyer, he underwrote £1bn+ in deals and executed record commercial lease terms in London.

A qualified architect (EPFL) who led projects in Zurich and Shanghai, he holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Certified Energy Auditor (AEE). He brings a rare mix of technical rigor and institutional investment experience to resolve real estate's complex energy efficiency challenges.
