Mustafa Buğa

Mustafa Buga holds a BA in Business & Finance from De Montfort University (UK) and an MA in Capital Markets & Stock Exchange from Marmara University. He has over 15 years of deep expertise in capital markets, financial management, and strategic corporate planning.

Throughout his career, he took active roles in strategic planning, IPOs, and M&A processes at major Borsa Istanbul listed companies like Sinpas and Ittifak Holding. He is highly experienced in managing international investments and financial feasibility evaluations.

Holding a Capital Markets Level 3 License, he serves as the Investor Relations Coordinator at Emlak Konut REIC. Here, he has pioneered the issuance of diverse capital market instruments, ranging from real estate certificates to major international sukuk issuances.
