Muammar Alatawi

Muammar Alatawi, Chairman of Arabian Dyar and Shahm Holding, is a Saudi architect, business leader, and real estate developer with over 25 years of experience shaping cities, communities, and investment-led developments. He contributes to Saudi Arabia’s global urban transformation.

He also chairs the Urban Development Council at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, contributing to dialogue on urban transformation, sustainable growth, and the future of real estate. His leadership connects Saudi ambition with international standards in city-making and development.

Alatawi holds a Master’s in Project Management, Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He brings together architectural vision, engineering expertise, and strategic investment insight to deliver human-centred developments aligned with Vision 2030.
