Michael Piro

Michael Piro is the CEO and Board Member of Indochina Capital, with 20+ years of experience in Vietnam’s real estate sector spanning development, investment and capital markets. He is also a Board Member of Indochina Kajima, a $1B+ strategic joint venture.

Michael has contributed to the planning and development of more than US$2.5 billion in real estate projects across Vietnam, covering hospitality, residential, office, retail and industrial sectors. He has also helped structure and execute over US$1 billion in cross-border investments.

A recognized real estate thought leader, Michael speaks regularly at international industry forums and contributes to regional dialogue through ULI’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee. He is MRICS and holds degrees from UBC and BCIT, and is part of Harvard GSD’s 2027 real estate program.
