Melinda Knatchbull

Melinda Knatchbull brings over 25 years of experience in global real estate investment, with a career focused on growing and scaling real estate investment businesses, building strong organisational foundations, developing investment pipelines and accelerating growth.

Melinda’s career in delivering returns for institutional investors has encompassed finance, technology and ESG strategy, operational model implementation, and extensive coverage of regulatory, legal, and tax aspects. She is an experienced director and chair of board committees.

Her previous roles includes Global COO for Schroders Real Estate and various other CFO and COO real estate roles, spending her earlier career at Invista Real Estate and Insight Investment, and Ernst & Young. She is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
