Mazen Hawwa

Mazen Hawwa is the Chief Financial and Investment Officer of Jeddah Economic Company, developer of Jeddah Economic City, anchored by the world's tallest tower, Jeddah Tower. He brings over 25 years of experience in finance, investments, real estate development and capital markets in MENA region.

He previously served as Group CEO and Vice Chairman of URC, KIPCO's listed real estate arm, where he led the transformation and growth of the group into an integrated real estate development and services platform, and delivered Hessa District, a landmark mixed-use community.

Earlier he held executive roles at KIPCO Group, leading finance, governance and investment performance, and served on corporate boards across several jurisdictions and industries including Burgan Bank. He holds an HEC Paris EMBA, completed GMP at Harvard Business School, and is a US CPA and CMA.
