Mark Hamilton

Mark began his career on the $16B World Trade Center redevelopment in New York City with WSP before moving to the UAE, where he worked on major destination developments including Ferrari World and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.

At JLL, Mark built and scaled the firm’s digital services business in MENA to over $10M in annual revenue, later taking on a global product role at JLL Technologies and delivering portfolio optimization and land bank management technology for Aldar.

Today, Mark is Founder & CEO of Asano, a real estate development intelligence platform that standardizes projects into governed financial models, enabling developers and lenders to compare scenarios, optimize capital structures and make decisions in real time.
