Mark Allan

Mark Allan has been Chief Executive of Landsec since April 2020. Prior to that he spent a combined 14 years as CEO of FTSE 250 real estate businesses Unite Group (student accommodation) and St. Modwen (regeneration, logistics and housebuilding).

As one of the largest real estate companies in Europe, Landsec’s £10.8 billion portfolio spans 22.1 million sq ft (as at 30 September 2025) of well-connected retail, leisure, workspace and residential hubs.

Mark is a past President of the British Property Federation, an Independent Trustee at the University of Bristol, and will join the Board of Whitbread PLC as a Non executive Director on 1 October 2026.
