Maria Bou Eid

Maria Bou Eid is a hospitality industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience across Lebanon, Qatar and the wider GCC. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with owners, clients, teams and stakeholders to create hospitality ecosystems that work in practice, not just on paper.

Today, she leads Kerten Hospitality’s lifestyle projects, drawing on this experience to shape destinations that bring together hospitality, community and experience.

Prior to joining Kerten Hospitality, Maria worked across family-owned businesses, international hospitality chains and hotel groups, giving her a broad perspective on the industry and the different stakeholders behind successful hospitality concepts.

A key strength throughout her career has been her ability to connect people and build communities. She is particularly passionate about developing young talent, fostering loyalty and engagement, and creating environments built on collaboration and trust. A strong believer in innovation and empowerment, Maria sees both as essential to delivering sustainable growth and long-term success.
