Ludwig is Managing Director of ESSMA, the network uniting the European stadium industry.
He started as a sports lawyer before becoming Legal Counsel and General Manager of STVV, where he contributed to the club’s professionalisation and development, combining legal, operational and management responsibilities.
As CEO of the Belgian Pro League for 10 years, he contributed to the professionalisation of Belgian football. Since joining ESSMA in 2021, he has used his experience and network to further develop and connect the European stadium industry.
