Jay Shah

Jay Shah is Founder & CEO of Kaizen AI, an AI-powered computational design and real estate optimization platform. He works at the intersection of architecture, AI, and real estate economics to improve profitability, efficiency, sustainability, and design outcomes.

Under Jay’s leadership, Kaizen AI has optimized 180+ developments across 7 countries, identifying US$6.3B+ in additional project value. He is also Director at AXS Design, spanning Mumbai, Paris and Bangkok, building a prototype for the AI-native knowledge work firm of the future.

Jay holds an MS in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia GSAPP and is an HBS OPM participant. He speaks globally on AI, PropTech, and the future of the built environment.
