Halah Al Jubeir

Halah Al-Jubeir is General Partner and Managing Director for Saudi Arabia at Antler, investing in and supporting early-stage technology companies across MENAP. She brings over 20 years of global experience in investment, strategy, and international development.

Previously, Halah was VP of Corporate Development at HALO Space, where she led the company’s Saudi engagement strategy. Earlier, she spent over a decade at IFC in Washington, DC, and Singapore, working across social sustainability, infrastructure investment, and donor engagement.

Halah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees from Georgetown University.
