Gijs Molenaar

Gijs Molenaar is a real estate investment and development executive with more than 25 years of experience across Europe and the US. He focuses on special situations, turning around complex assets and delivering major repositionings and developments, and has deployed over $15bn of capex during his career.

Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer of The Valesco Group, a special situations investor based in London. He spent the previous eight years as Managing Director at Henderson Park, delivering projects including the Grand Hyatt Athens and Ten Degrees in Croydon, the world's tallest modular building at completion. Earlier roles include Cerberus Capital Management.
