Strawberry Arena is Scandinavia's largest stadium and the national stadium of Sweden, home of the Swedish men and women soccer teams as well the local club AIK. This modern and multi function stadium that holds 51.000 seats, a hybrid grass pitch and a retractable roof, enabling year round events in the harsh Nordic climate.

Within ESSMA (European Stadium & Safety Management Association) Fredrik heads up the sustainability initiatives.

Fredrik has a background with senior management positions in management consulting as well as aviation security and holds a M.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics.
