Fernando de Pablo Martín

Telecommunication Engineer with an extensive professional background in both the public and private sectors (telecommunications and urban control systems). Since 1993, he joined public administration at the Spanish Tax Agency, where he was leading key initiatives on digital public services.

He has occupied senior roles within central public administration, serving as Director General for e-Government and Secretary General of Digital Administration. He also served as President of the Spanish Public Society for the Innovation in Tourism (SEGITTUR).

He currently holds the position of Director General of the Digital Office of Madrid, where he leads the city’s digital transformation, digital public services, and data & AI strategy.
He collaborate with working groups of UE, OECD and IDB.
