Fahad AlAssaf is CEO of Azure, the residential arm of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Company, one of Saudi Arabia's most respected developers. With over a decade in property management, urban planning, and operational strategy, he leads with vision, precision, and purpose.

Fahad built Azure from the ground up, growing the portfolio from 4 to 22 residential compounds, now serving over 15,000 residents across 5,400+ housing units. His leadership transformed Azure into a benchmark for premium gated communities across the Kingdom.

Fahad blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving sustainability, community-centric design, and operational excellence. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster and a BEng in Urban and Regional Planning.
