Fady Nassim

Fady Nassim currently serves as Chief Master Planning Officer (CMPO) at Jeddah Economic Company (JEC), the sole developer of Jeddah Economic City, which includes Jeddah Tower, currently under construction, the tallest tower in the world.

Over a career spanning more than 39 years, Fady has accumulated extensive experience in the design and delivery of multidisciplinary, large-scale real estate developments of central business district projects, including Solidere in Beirut, Abdali in Amman’s Central Business District,

His strong intellectual and technical foundation has positioned him as a recognized executive contributor to major urban development and mega-project programs. Fady combines strategic leadership with contemporary approaches to Sustainable Design, Smart City services, and advanced urban applications.
