Eng. Sabah Barakat is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of New Murabba, with over 35 years of leadership experience in real estate development, urban transformation, and strategic investment.
A Senior Director within the Public Investment Fund (PIF), he previously served as Acting Group CEO of ROSHN Group and led New Murabba during its formation.
He holds an MBA in Engineering Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of London and is a Chartered Engineer (MICE).
