Eng. Mohammad Al-Othman, CEO of Kaden has over 18 years of experience in real estate development, specialising in land assessment, strategic planning, finance, design, procurement, construction, and property management across large master-planned communities.

Before Kaden, Eng. Al-Othman served with the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), culminating as Director of Project Execution, and previously contributed to major project management initiatives at Bank Albilad.
