Eng. Ahmed Al Juhani

Eng. Ahmed Aljuhani, CEO of Rua Al Madinah Holding, brings 33+ years of experience across real estate, construction, infrastructure and facilities management in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He leads the company to develop integrated urban and hospitality destinations in Madinah.

His career combines technical expertise and strategic leadership across housing, tourism, hospitality, education, sports, railways, airports, and oil and gas. He has held roles with Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Finance and the Royal Commission for AlUla, in Saudi Arabia, Europe and South Korea.

Eng. Aljuhani holds a Master’s in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program and MIT’s Global Executive Program, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning.
