Dr. Mohammed Al-Surf

Dr. Mohammed S. Al Surf leads Climate Change & Sustainability at Tilad Business Holding. Founder of the Saudi Green Building Alliance and the 18,000+ member SPSA network, he is an author and one of the Middle East’s Top 100 Sustainability Voices for 2024 to 2026.

With a PhD in Green Buildings & Sustainability and previous leadership roles at Jacobs and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), he brings both technical depth and strategic foresight to sustainability transformation.

He also serves as Editor in Chief of the Saudi Sustainability Magazine and mentors future leaders through the SPSA Ambassadors Program. His vision is to make sustainability practical, profitable and purpose driven, a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s next economic era.
