Dr. Moath Al-Yahya

Dr. Moath Alyahya is the Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Economic City in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. He is a distinguished real estate and project management executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting transformative development aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Before joining Knowledge Economic City, Dr. Alyahya served as CEO of AlRajhi United Real Estate, where he led strategic growth and major residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use development initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

His expertise spans strategic leadership, real estate investment, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Dr. Alyahya holds a PhD in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, as well as a master’s degree in engineering management.
