César Frías Enciso

César Frías Enciso (Soria, 1975) is CEO of MORPH and Chair of CTBUH Iberia. He is an architect graduated from the University of Valladolid and holds an MBA from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI). He leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 150 designers, architects and engineers.Under his leadership, MORPH has become one of the worlds leading architecture firms, earning a place in the WA100 ranking. He created the firms DNA and workflow methodology, pioneering the integration of BIM technology to deliver innovative, sustainable and high-impact projects.His portfolio includes landmark developments such as Urban Sky, Sunset Cliffs, Sunset Sailors, Zaurak, Becrux and Bosque de Atocha, winner of the 2021 Outstanding Property Award London. He is also a frequent speaker at international architecture, innovation and real estate forums.
