Katia has delivered major retail, mixed-use, and regeneration projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the UK, leading town centre revitalisation and repositioning office, retail, and residential assets to unlock their potential.

Katia advises on major developments nationwide as a member of a UK independent design review panel and speaks internationally on placemaking, adaptive reuse, sustainable development, and diversity & inclusion in the built environment.
