Briana Swift is Regional Vice President of Development, Saudi Arabia at Hyatt, leading the company's strategic expansion across the Kingdom through hotel, resort and branded residences projects with owners, investors and operators.

With more than a decade of international hospitality development experience, she specialises in market strategy, deal structuring, commercial negotiations and portfolio growth, delivering projects that create long-term value.

Since joining Hyatt in 2017, Briana has supported the company's expansion across Europe, Southwest Asia and the Middle East, following earlier development roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
