Bogdan Yosava

Bogdan Yosava is co-founder of PinMy, a mobile-first app that lets construction and AECO field teams pin voice notes, photos, video and text directly onto plans, site photos and 3D IFC models. He leads product strategy and business development from Málaga, Spain.

He also co-founded MaboaSoft, a mobile product studio (Flutter, .NET MAUI, AI) that builds and maintains apps for startups and scale-ups in the US, UK and Europe. His 15-year career spans software delivery, product management and technical architecture.

His focus is the gap between site and office: replacing paper, camera rolls and WhatsApp chains with traceable, located records that small teams adopt in minutes, and that connect to BIM workflows via BCF. A practical first step into digital construction.
