Azadeh Montazer Haghighi

Azadeh Montazer Haghighi is a real estate development professional with an academic background in architecture. In senior roles, she led complex real estate development projects from concept and planning agreements through implementation and served on architectural juries and expert panels.

Her project development work led to an insight: cities & buildings were designed for a climate that no longer exists while large-scale ecosystems still require specialist teams & complex time-consuming delivery, making them hard to scale. This led to four years of R&D and youturn’s founding in 2025.
