Ali Murtaza

Ali Murtaza leads Residential Real Estate Investment Analysis at NHC, Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate developer. He oversees new investment opportunities for a multibillion residential portfolio across Saudi cities and sits on the boards of regional real estate firms.

Ali previously led the development of a private capital mobilization strategy at a regional giga-project. He founded the real estate and co-investment practice at a regional economic development board, attracting over US$1 billion+ in FDI/DI, and earlier led investments in Oman and KSA.

Ali holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde and a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University with High Distinction
