Ahmed Sobhe is a seasoned software engineer, businessman, and the CEO of Habitar, a leading real estate tech platform. He also serves professionally as an Assistant Consultant to the Minister for National Projects in Egypt.

With a strong focus on modern software architecture, Ahmed pioneers proptech solutions. He leads initiatives at Habitar and Meta Egypt, including the integration of cutting-edge 2D-to-VR property transformations and market analytics.

Following the successful exit of his first startup, Maisonette, in 2025, Ahmed continues to drive digital transformation in real estate. Having visited over 40 countries, he brings a diverse, global perspective to the industry.
