Liwan Real Estate Development, for its part, plays a strategic role in Riyadh’s urban transformation by bridging heritage architectural styles with modern sophistication to create integrated mixed-use residential solutions that reflect Saudi culture while improving the capital’s quality of life. Combining amenity-rich residential facilities with commercial, entertainment, and office space, Liwan’s projects aim to foster community, drive economic growth, attract investment, and contribute to Riyadh’s establishment as a global business and lifestyle hub.
The company is achieving this aim with flagship projects like Livein Liwan, a 616-unit at the strategic intersection of King Abdullah and King Fahad Roads that includes 470 residential units, alongside commercial and office space. In addition, its landmark development in the Granada District comprises 2,500 units stretching over 151,000m2. As multiuse developments that combine green space along with communal, sport, and recreational areas, shopping, and office space, each project caters to a sustainable urban ethic that is helping transform the Saudi capital into one of the region’s most livable cities.
“Cityscape Global 2025 is a unique opportunity to showcase how Liwan is enriching Riyadh’s residential ecosystem through multiuse developments” said Liwan Real Estate Development CEO Abdulrahman bin Saud Aldhyem. “Liwan’s unique offerings are part of a larger transformation in the Saudi real estate market that’s giving people access to better cultural amenities, healthier lifestyles, and more engaging settings. That’s why we’re very excited to collaborate with other key real estate players at this landmark event.”
With a company commitment to developing real estate projects that enrich lives, Liwan Real Estate Development’s long-term goal is to deliver 10,000 residential units in the Saudi capital, a target it is progressing toward through its combined 3,116 units currently under development with its flagship projects. The total expected sales for the projects amount to 6 billion Saudi Riyals. Through its participation at Cityscape Global 2025, it aims to engage with investors, government partners, and industry peers to advance collaboration related to sustainable development, placemaking, and the creation of better urban communities in the Kingdom.
