Yimei CHAN is Co-Founder and Design Director of LOD. She brings over twenty-five years of experience across US, Canada, Europe, and China. Previously she worked with Steven Holl Architects, Revery Architecture, Aedas, and SOM.
Her design explores space, form, and function, emphasizing the connections between architecture, technology, and community. Through design thinking and cross-disciplinary practice, she is committed to the concept of integrated sustainability.
Her design research combines AI and Big Data with architectural creativity to envision better future communities, exploring the interactions between People, Time, Space, and Activity. Her work was exhibited at Venice Biennale in 2021 and 2025.
