Yaser Al-Tayar

Yaser Al-Tayar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kaian Tech, a technology company developing Kaian OS, a unified operating system for smart buildings. With a background in Systems Engineering, Yaser leads the company’s strategy, product direction and expansion into the Saudi market.

Kaian OS unifies fragmented building systems in one platform, combining control, monitoring and an interactive 3D digital twin. Its core runs locally on-site, works across different hardware brands and keeps the building operating even without internet.

Under Yaser’s leadership, Kaian has moved from concept to real deployments in hospitality, residential and education. The company aims to turn disconnected smart devices into intelligent, connected buildings that improve user experience, visibility and energy efficiency.
