Vladimir Kantar is an architect with over 19 years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East. In 2023, he founded Blackline Architects with a vision to deliver high-quality design driven by purpose, clarity, and long-term value.

Throughout his career, Vladimir has collaborated with leading developers including Emaar, Eagle Hills, Nshama, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, MAF, NIC, Modon, and Sharaf Group, leading projects across master planning, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, retail, and office sectors.

Vladimir is known for a hands-on, client-focused approach shaped by years of working for and with major developers, leading projects from early vision to launch. Through Blackline Architects, he creates meaningful architecture that improves lives and enriches the built environment.
