IQnext turns disconnected property systems into one operating layer across an entire real estate portfolio — a single, real-time view of how every building performs that surfaces failures before they happen and cuts operating cost and downtime at portfolio scale.

Over five years, Vishal has scaled IQnext from a single-market product into a platform trusted across some of the largest portfolios in the market. His focus now is the Gulf — deepening the company's presence in Saudi Arabia and setting the standard for how connected buildings are run.
