Tina Necrason is the Global Head of Branded Residential at Hyatt, where she leads the strategy, formation, and execution of Hyatt’s global branded residential platform.

In this role, she oversees a multi-billion-dollar residential portfolio and is responsible for shaping the end-to-end developer, owner, and resident experience across markets and brand segments.

With over 25 years in luxury hospitality and residential real estate, she brings extensive expertise in development, operations and ownership experience.
