Simon is also Associate Director at CBRE, with over HK$8.5B in APAC real estate deals. He brings deep expertise in capital markets, investment advisory & transaction structuring, helping clients navigate complex opportunities across the region.

Beyond work, Simon leads cross-cultural initiatives as President of Western University Alumni HK & Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber’s Property Committee, promoting Canada-Asia collaboration through talent exchange & innovation.
