Sam Cotton

Sam Cotton is Interim CEO of Battersea Power Station Development Company, overseeing the flourishing 42-acre riverside neighbourhood centred around the iconic landmark.

Having worked on the project for 10 years, overseeing retail leasing & asset management, and now as interim CEO, he’s played a pivotal role in its transformation into one of London’s most exciting destinations, with 16 acres of delivery still come.

Sam has also held senior positions at Savills, Nuveen and Capco (Shaftesbury Capital), being part of the team responsible for the transformation of the Covent Garden Estate in Central London.
