Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Pierre-Yves Guice is a Civil Servant. In 2007, he joined the Urban Development Ministry
In 2010, he was appointed Secretary General of the Bordeaux public authority and therefore contributed to one of France’s largest urban renewal project.
From 2012 to 2015, he was appointed Development and Real Estate Director of the Public authority in charge of University Development in Paris Region. In 2015, he moved to the Hauts-de-Seine Department Council as Deputy Managing Director
In November 2020, he is appointed CEO of Paris La Défense, and has recently been renewed for 5 years.
